Currency is a currency converter provided by HC-Solutions. This policy explains how the app handles information when you use it.

Information Stored on Your Device

Currency stores your selected currencies, source amount, cached exchange rates, and saved calculations locally on your device. This information is used only to provide the app's functionality and is not sent to us.

Exchange-Rate Data

Currency contacts the Frankfurter API to retrieve reference exchange-rate and currency data. Your device makes this request directly. Exchange rates are reference rates and may differ from rates offered by banks, card providers, or cash-exchange services.

Clipboard and Sharing

Currency reads text from your clipboard only when you tap the Paste action. The app opens your device's system share sheet only when you tap Share. Clipboard contents and shared calculations are not collected or transmitted by Currency.

Data We Do Not Collect

Currency does not require an account and does not collect personal information. The app does not use advertising, analytics, tracking technologies, or data brokers.

Children

Currency is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the app's data practices change. The current version will always be available at this page.
